If you're looking to be more creative and want to have some fun then you can make these holiday napkins yourself with our helpful steps. Keep reading and you'll have your unique napkins in no time.

Set of 4 Gold Reindeer White Cloth Napkins

First you'll need some solid colored napkins, we used white so the paint will show up good on the material.  (Feel free to alter any of these steps and personalize your napkins the way you want.)

Then you need to purchase a stamp with whatever design/picture you want and some fabric paint of your choice. We used the brand Lumiere by Jacquard.

Before you start stamping on your napkins, practice a few times on a different piece of fabric to make sure you get it to look how you want it to look. When you are ready, put some fabric paint onto your stamp and begin stamping your napkins. Once you are done, let them dry. We found brushing the paint onto the stamp gave an even application as opposed to dipping it in the paint.

Lastly, once the paint is all dry, heat up your clothing iron and heat the back of the napkin first, then heat the front. This makes the paint set into the fabric. Enjoy your new custom made napkins!

2016 Decorating with Pantone's Color of the Year Fiesta

Fiesta, named Pantone's color of the year for 2016, is a spicy addition to home decorating. Here are some ways to incorporate the color into your home.

Vibrant color doesn't always have to come into a room through the wall paint. Sometimes that may be too much of the color. A richer way to incorporate vibrant color is through drapes, furnishings, and accents. Fiesta and white stripe drapes or solid fiesta silk dupioni drapes are a luxurious touch to any room.

The perfect bedding with the silk dupioni drapes adds a hint of pattern to the room along with a colored lamp in a reddish hue.

If using wall paint, the option to have an accent wall along with splashes of the wall color in accessories, vases, and even a sofa can be a great way to incorporate the fiery color fiesta.

Kitchen cabinets are becoming more popular in vivid colors like blues and red hues paired with white quartz, marble, or granite counter tops.

If you aren't sure about adding a robust color like fiesta to your decorating yet, then start small with just one focus on the color in the room. Just the chairs, or just the drapes. Later, you can always add more or just keep it simple.
