Rotisserie chicken and black bean taco recipe

Tacos are an all around favorite and this recipe is delicious and easy to make. If you are looking for a new way to spice up your average taco and make an awesome one that will leave you begging for more, you've come to the right place. 

Start off with your favorite rotisserie chicken. Pull all of the chicken off the bone into little pieces and place them in a bowl

Now for the bean mixture. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of black beans, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, and 3 tbsp fresh cilantro together along with salt and pepper

Time to put it all together! Fill your soft shell taco/burrito with your chicken and a scoop of the black bean mixture. To top it all off, add sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
